Dallin's Dance moves to LOW LOW LOW!

So if you listen to the song (clean version) LOW LOW LOW just the Chorus, Dallin has some moves that his big brother Cameron taught him. Well these are pictures of him in action. We were laughing hysterically! This was after our BBQ dinner that evening.

Everybody was Looking at her................

She hit the Floor....................

Next thing you know LOW LOW LOW LOW..............

turned around and gave that big booty a slap........

I know not the best song but his dance was still pretty funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Memorial Day! Waterskiing????

We tried to go tubing, as you can see but the weather was kind of COLD! The weather didn't seem to affect Garrett at all as he was the only one that got in to swim. Needless to say we enjoyed the ride for the short 2 or 3 hours in the boat and then headed over to grandpa Hazelhofer's for a BBQ.

Memorial Day!

Memorial Day with the weather being unpredictable, we went up to Jackson. There we went to a gold mine, according to my children. Where there is a candy store of all kinds of candy to a kids delight. It was down a old main street with lots of small stores with lots to see.

I swear to you this kid does have other clothes besides this hat and sweatshirt!!!!!!

Remember When?

Garrett and Dallin over 3 years ago. I was just going through some pictures and couldn't resist. Had to put this one on my blog. Garrett doesn't like taking pictures these days so it seems I have to pull up old ones, oh well. They truly fell asleep together like that, outside even. They grow to fast!

How much can Michael do in one day? Let's see!

So we have been married over 15 years now and I have yet to see Michael be able to sleep in. Even now what I call sleeping in which is if I am lucky 8:00. So his Saturday morning started before 6:30 (crazy I think)and without a moment to spare his day finished at around 11:30pm. I know our lives aren't any busier (maybe just different) then the rest of you, but just thought I would enter a little blog in here about Michael. He started off with going to LOWES for some supplies for his projects like fixing the bronco brake lights, neighbors porch lights, and piping to fix the sprinklers in the yard. When he returned to do those projects he also wanted to do some repairs on our tent trailer for our summer vacations. Midway through his projects he had to stop to coach Garrett's Baseball game which is 2 hours and by the way Garrett did an outstanding job pitching again. They lost by 3 but still it was a great game. After the game we threw some lunch in there and he returned to his projects. We came back and it was Cameron's turn to mow the lawn, which he wasn't thrilled about so Michael got him started on it. It seemed like all the neighbor kids wanted to mow the lawn though. Almost finished with all the projects before it was time to go to a fundraiser dinner for Garrett's tackle football he will be doing this fall. Needless to say he had a productive day and got what he wanted done before the day was over.

This is my favorite thing to ride around in this time of year the bronco and the boys really do too. We just took the top and it's ready for the summer. Michael scrubbed down the tent trailor and put our camping gear in it so it's ready to go.

Just cleaning up the garage, sometimes it can get out of control in there and collects a lot of garbage.

Cameron having loads of fun mowing the lawn, you can see it in the way he's caring the bag!?!?!?

So our name is always getting butchered, right! So some friends had this one put on a shirt for him. "NAZELHOFER" with NIKE on the front obviously. We were in the paper for the Sacramento temple when they were doing the open house. Well they put our name in the paper as Nike and Wendy Nazelhofer. So that's the story behind the shirt. I didn't know Mike was such a hard name.

All DONE!

Muffins for Mom

Today I was able to be with Morgan for Muffins for Moms. This is how the Kindergartners and 1st graders celebrate Mother's Day for their mommies. They sang this really cute song, made a little purse out of construction paper and a little paper corsage. When they were done singing they came to sit by their moms and served them muffins and coffee. As Morgan put it, "you don't get to drink anything because you don't drink coffee". Morgan was really excited to have me their and I was glad I could be there, he did a really cute job singing and I love my purse he made me, in it he wrote,

Dear Mom,
I Love you. Thank you for yor(your) hugs and yor(your) kiss. Thank you for erthg (everything)You are the bat (best) Mom. Love Morgan

Dallin's turn for Tubes in his ears

So Dallin had his turn this week with tubes in his ears. All went well, other than he didn't patiently wait for the doctor to arrive and didn't want to lay on the bed and didn't want pictures taken. He was not very happy when he woke up from surgery. After about an 1 1/2 of the whole process we were able to go home. So, from start to finish and when all the sleepy stuff wore off you would never have guessed that Dallin just had surgery.

So he was really excited at first when he saw the spiderman bed that was just for him. Then he wasn't to happy when they told him he had to take off his spiderman PJ's and put on their cool hospital gown. That didn't go over or on very well!

He didn't mind getting his blood pressure taken, but if the nurse or the doctor weren't around forget, he wasn't going to leave any of that stuff on. He took it all off.

Here he started to get impatient. Did not want to lay in the bed anymore, he wanted to go home. He was all done!

I DO NOT WANT MY PICTURE TAKEN!

Sleepy still from surgery, for about another hour or two he slept right there like that on the couch. So sweet!

Kids say the cutest things!

So I thought I better write down 2 things that were said by 2 of my children before I forget.
First Morgan. Last week during Cameron's b-day dinner we're sitting there talking about how old everyone is. Then Morgan starts asking the questions how old will I be when Cameron is 16, how old will I be when Cameron is 20, how old will I be when Cameron is 24 or 26. Well one of the the answer lead to the answer of, well you will be 18 or 19 and probably on a mission. (Now remember Grandparents are with us for this b-day dinner) and well Morgan turns to Grandma Barbara and says "Yeah, and you might be dead"? For a 6 year old he sure can say the darnest things! We all had a pretty good laugh.
Now Garrett. Well this took place today at church. I am the primary pianist so I get to watch and hear the joys of those sweet kids as they are learning. Today's topic during sharing time was "how we can help out in our families". The senior primary kids were having a difficult time listening today for some reason so Garrett's comment started a chain of silliness. So it was Garrett's turn and he was asked what he could do by helping his mom? His response "I can not cuss"!I about fell off the piano bench. Did he even know what the word cuss meant? Then he added more by saying look at my mom over there, where I was hiding behind the piano, "she laughing like crazy"! The Primary president then said maybe to help you Garrett you can put a dollar or a quarter into a jar for every time you say a bad word to help you stop. Then out of know where another child says my dad would owe me like $100.00 dollars. Then the Primary presidents daughter in her sweet little voice goes mommy sometimes you do that too. Sometimes I wish there could be a hidden camera going to catch moments like that, it would be awesome to see it over again.
ps - turns out Garrett only said what he said because his friend next to him said to, and I was right he didn't know what cuss meant.
